Having Trouble Accessing Your Account?

If you are a student, faculty or staff member, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure you are using your full UW webmail address (e.g., lastname-a@webmail.uwinnipeg.ca) as your username.
  2. If your webmail and WebAdvisor password are not working, please do a password reset through WebAdvisor. Click on “Forgot password” to initiate the reset.
  3. Try logging back into BAMS with your new password.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

If you are signing in with UWinnipeg credentials as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Applicants and Adminstrators tab to log in.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address.
