Ruth and Laurence Smyth Bursary

This bursary is to be awarded to a student in the Master of Marriage and Family Therapy Program in a practicum at Resilia Community Wellness Centre previously known as Aurora Family Therapy Centre. Recipients must demonstrate financial need. This bursary was established by John Smyth, former Executive Director of the Aurora Family Therapy Centre, in memory of his parents Ruth and Laurence Smyth who helped teach him the meaning of family and the importance of education.
