UWSA Environmental Activism and Sustainability Award

This award, provided by the University of Winnipeg Students’ Association, will be awarded to a student who has demonstrated excellence in environmental activism and sustainability. Recipients must also demonstrate financial need.

The applicants meet the following criteria:
- Indicated involvement with environmental organizations and/or efforts to protect/preserve/study Canada’s flora, fauna, and watersheds
- Demonstrate Financial Need
- Registered full-time for the FW Terms (≥18 credit hours or ≥12 credit hours if approved for reduce course load)
- Completed ≥ 30 credit hours
- Cumulative GPA average is ≥ 4.0
- Domestic student
