Campbell K. Shepherd Memorial Scholarship

Established by the family and friends of Mr. Shepherd, a distinguished public servant and graduate of The University of Winnipeg in the Class of 1961. This scholarship will be awarded for outstanding academic and other achievements by a student proceeding from Second to Third year.
