Rev. John H. and Mrs. Myrtle (Webster) Shemilt Scholarship

Established by Leslie W. and Elizabeth Shemilt, this scholarship is named in memory of Leslie Shemilt’s parents, a ministry couple who gave long and faithful service to the Methodist Church, and later to the United Church in the Conference of Manitoba/Northwestern Ontario. It will be awarded annually to a full-time student in any undergraduate degree program of The University of Winnipeg. Preference will be given to student from Manitoba or northwestern Ontario.
