Joseph Zuken Award

Funded by the Joseph Zuken Scholarship Fund at The Winnipeg Foundation, this award will be provided to a student who is majoring in the Department of Urban and Inner-City Studies at The University of Winnipeg. Recipient selection will be based on three criteria: strong academic performance, positive community involvement in Winnipeg’s inner city, and financial need. Created at The Winnipeg Foundation by friends and colleagues shortly after his death in 1986, The Joseph Zuken Memorial Trust Fund supports charitable, educational and cultural activities that reflect Zuken’s values.
