Rutherford-Altnow Scholarship in History

This scholarship has been established by Professor H.V. Rutherford in memory of his grandparents, Charles P. and Malinda F. Rutherford and Henry J. and Edith M. Altnow, who always encouraged education in their families. It is to be awarded on the nomination of the Department of History to a student of outstanding academic promise entering or continuing Major or Honours work in History at The University of Winnipeg, and normally to one entering Third or Fourth year. It is not to be held in conjunction with the C.L. Prober Memorial Scholarship.
