Louis and Rachel Mindell Memorial Bursary

This bursary is established from the Sue and Frank Hechter Bursary Fund in memory of Dr. Frank Hechter’s maternal grandparents, Louis and Rachel Mindell. In acknowledgement of their interest in urban development, this bursary will be awarded annually to a continuing student majoring in Inner City and Urban Studies.
