The Leo Panitch Award at Merchants Corner

This award will be given to a student who is majoring in the Department of Urban and Inner-City Studies at The University of Winnipeg. Recipient selection will be based on the student recipient demonstrating the following three criteria: strong academic performance, positive community involvement in Winnipeg’s inner city, and financial need.
