Chancellor W. John A. Bulman Scholarship

This scholarship was established in 1997 in honour of Dr. John A. Bulman with gratitude for his many years of service on the Board of Regents (1967-1982) including two years as Chair (1977-79), and 12 years as Chancellor (1984-96). It will be awarded to an outstanding student or students in any undergraduate degree program.
