Francis Winston Armstrong Memorial Award

This award was established in 1961 by Rev. and Mrs. Frank W. Armstrong in memory of their son, Francis Winston Armstrong. It is to be awarded to a student with financial need and good academic standing who is entering First Year at The University of Winnipeg in any program.
